Contestants will need to bring the following to the model search on Thursday, Dec 10, 2009:
- Two piece swimsuit worn underneath your clothing
- Come hair and makeup ready
- Signed Waiver (Click Here to Download)
- Complete online submission confirmation (confirmation will be forwarded upon review of submission form)
- Photo of contestant (preferable in bikini)
- Proof of Age (copy of a valid Driver's License or Passport)
Models in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando and Gainesville will have an opportunity to showcase for the chance to win a trip to Miami to compete in the Model Search. One model from the (5) stated cities will be chosen to compete in an online voting and the winner will be chosen by the general public. The winner will receive round trip travel and accommodations to Miami, FL from Dec 9 – 12, 2009.
